Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 19, 2026
Days That Work ("we", "us", or "our") is a group scheduling tool operated by Paper AI LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website at daysthat.work and our iOS app.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Name — When you respond to an event, you enter your first name so others in the group can see who is available on which dates.
- Date selections — The dates you mark as available for an event.
- Event names — The name you give an event when you create one.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device token — If you use our iOS app and allow push notifications, we store your Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token so we can notify you when someone adds their availability to your event.
- Edit tokens — We generate random tokens stored on your device to let you edit or remove your own responses. These are not linked to any personal identity.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the Days That Work service:
- Display your name and date selections to other participants in the same event.
- Send you push notifications when someone responds to an event you created or joined (iOS app only).
- Allow you to edit or remove your responses.
What We Don't Do
- We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
- We do not collect your email address, phone number, or location.
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
- We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties.
- We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Event data (names, date selections) is stored for as long as the event exists. When an event is deleted by its creator, all associated responses and push notification subscriptions are permanently removed.
Your Choices
- Remove your response — You can remove your availability from any event you've responded to.
- Delete your event — If you created an event, you can delete it along with all of its data.
- Push notifications — You can disable push notifications at any time through your iOS device settings.
Children's Privacy
Days That Work is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
